Problem java, plugin - after installation

After fresh installation i would install some plugin. I check list of with command
# /usr/share/elasticsearch/bin/elasticsearch-plugin list
I response:
# could not find java in bundled jdk at /usr/share/elasticsearch/jdk/bin/java

My system is:

 java --version
openjdk 11.0.16.1 2022-08-12 LTS

uname -a
Linux centos7.els 3.10.0-1160.76.1.el7.x86_64

What am I supposed to do?

Hi. Apart from the system response, what plugin are you looking for in Energy Logserver or what would you want to install? 🙂

Before installing a plugin, I wanted to see a list of plugins. After entering the command, a message popped up. What can I do with this ? Should I fix it or ignore it?

In general it is safe to ignore this message in Energy Logserver. Although we are using elasticsearch database we do not recommend installing third party plugins, as they might not work/break the system.
Still, if you are looking for something specific, please feel free to send us question about functionality that you are looking for 🙂

If you want to fix that anyway and still want to use this elasticsearch binary, please follow below command to set JAVA HOME variable:
export JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-11-openjdk-11.0.13.0.8-4.el8_5.x86_64/
