Role management does not work properly

We have created a new role which has access to all modules, assigned it to a new user and adjusted object permissions as needed. However, as you can see on the screen, nothing is shown. The version of ELS was 7.4.3, after upgrading to 7.5.0, the problem still exists as it was on 7.4.3.

That's an interesting case, thanks for sharing!
As in any browser-based interface it's important to exclude cache, etc., so just a reminder to do tests in "private/incognito" modes of browsers.
It looks like the user doesn't have some permissions, so please check two following things:

Access to UI. All users have a switch (default is on) to have access to UI. Please check if that's also the case for this user:
Access to modules is on thing, but there's also access to objects. So in Config module go to the Object Permissions tab, choose a role, which this user has and verify if that roles has access to some index patterns.
