After update Network Probe to 7.4.3, I received error message in license-server:

Hi,
Sorry for delay, I was unavailable for a moment. 🙂

There was a change in licensing in 7.4.3, so i have questions:
1) What was the previous version of the system before 7.4.3?
2) Are you using any Network Probes, and if yes - how many are connected?

Hi,
Version 7.1.3, but when I updated to 7.4.3, I deleted logstash and install new Network Probe.
Only one local and one on a separate server. But use only one, on separate server.

I solved the problem on my own.

The problem was that for some reason I had two localhost Network Probes, not one, so a separate Network Probe could not be connected, since I had a licence for 2 pieces.

This section of the documentation helped me:
https://kb.energylogserver.com/en/latest/07-Network_Probe/07-Network_Probe.html#troubleshooting

In case anyone else encounters the same problem, here's how I solved it:
I first removed the individual Network Probe from the list, then saw that another localhost appeared, removed these two localhosts, restarted the license-service and everything worked.

Thank you very much for getting back with the info and feedback. Means a world! 💚
